Legal — Terms
The terms, inplain language.
These apply to the website and to the products and services we deliver. A signed proposal can add to them, never quietly subtract. Numbered so you can point at a clause on a call.

Definitions
“We” is Gumoji B.V. “You” is the company that signed a proposal or uses the website. “Products” are Forge, Auth, Gateway, Scan and Comply. “Services” is the engineering work in a proposal.
Scope
These terms apply to every proposal, order and use of the products. Where a signed proposal says something different, the proposal wins for that engagement. Your own purchasing conditions don’t apply unless we agreed to them in writing.
Proposals and prices
A proposal is valid for 30 days. Prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT. Fixed-price work is fixed: if the scope changes, we write down the change and the new price before doing it. Invoices are due within 30 days.
Delivery and acceptance
We deliver in small, reviewed increments in your repositories. Each increment is accepted when you merge it, or 10 working days after we hand it over without a written objection, whichever comes first.
Availability and support
For products on a Run plan, the availability commitment, the support hours and the escalation path are in the service description that belongs to that plan. For products you run yourself, we support the versions listed on the product page and nothing older than 12 months.
Your data, our code
- Your data stays yours. We process it only to deliver what you asked for, as the privacy policy and the data-processing agreement describe.
- Code we write for you is yours once the invoice is paid. Code in our products stays ours, and the open-source cores keep their own licences.
- We may name you as a customer only if you say so in writing.
Liability
Our liability for an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data that a current backup would have restored. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, which the law doesn’t allow us to limit anyway.
Term and ending
Services end when the proposal says they end. Run plans run for the agreed term and renew unless either side gives three months’ notice. When a plan ends we hand over your data and configuration in a usable format and delete our copy after 30 days.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the court in Amsterdam, after we’ve tried, in good faith, to sort it out over a call first.
